We continue to celebrate our class of 2020. Below are the next four outlined events. As we get closer more information to come. But we wanted to make sure you marked your calendars and received some key outlined information. Virtual Graduation
Year End Property drop off and Pick up
· The “Year End Close” Drop Off and Pick Up is by vehicle & appointment only.
· The appointments are assigned by last name, and an appointment will be shared through the school website and Schoology.
· Parents and/or students will need to drop off/pick up items in a vehicle and wear a mask/face covering.
Items you will return and pick up
- Turn in Chromebooks
- Turn in “Bagged and Labeled”
- Textbooks/Equipment/Athletic Uniforms
- Pick up Senior Items (Cap/Gown, Honor Apparel, & Diplomas)
- Pay fines if applicable
- Pick up AP reimbursements if applicable
- Pick up Yearbook if applicable
- Pick up Swag if applicable
June 23-25: By Appointment
“Graduation Drive Through” Information: We will be following all Los Angeles County Ordinance to ensure safety for all involved. Exact instructions and details will follow closer to the date. Please read below some key things to know and prepare for.
- The “Graduation Drive Through” is by vehicle & appointment only.
- The appointments are assigned by last name, and an appointment will be shared through the school website and Schoology.
- Parents and students will be in one vehicle with mask/face coverings. One vehicle per graduate. The vehicle must be covered at all times. Vehicles with Convertible tops must have top up at all times, sunroofs must remain closed. No bikes, motorcycles, open vehicles, limousine’s, party busses, etc.
- Only the graduate will be allowed out of the vehicle to be announced, receive diploma cover, and be professionally photographed
November 23 & 24: Senior Festival and Traditional Graduation
- We still have these dates reserved to conduct a traditional graduation
