Class of 2020 students and families,
This is Mrs. Kraus, your principal with an important update for our Seniors and their families.
Due to the recent County of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County Office of Education health ordinance, we will now participate in a “Grab and Go” pick up of the Senior Swag and Reimbursement Checks. We will begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Here is important information:
· The “Grab and Go” pick up is by vehicle and appointment only.
· The appointments are assigned by last name, and an appointment will be shared through the school website and Schoology.
· Parents will are to pick up the items in a vehicle and wear a mask/face covering.
o Student ID or Schoology face sheet must be present
o Vehicles will enter through the Rosecrans gate for the “Grab and Go” pick up.
o Campus Security will direct the parents into two lanes – reimbursement Checks/Senior Swag and Senior Swag only
· Our Staff will hand off the Senior Swag items in the vehicle’s trunk or backseat to maximize safety measures and social distancing.
· If parents are picking up both Senior Swag and a reimbursement check, Campus Security will have the car pull into a designated parking stall, and our staff will bring the items to the parked card following safety measures and social distancing.
· Make-ups for the “Grab and Go” pick up of the Senior Swag and Reimbursement Checks is on Friday, May 29, 2020.
o You must sign up for the Make-Up Appointment.
o If you are unable to make your designated appointment, please go to the school’s website Class of 2020 section and sign up on the Google Form.

Senior Portraits… If your child did not take his/her Senior Portrait, we will need a picture by Monday, June 1, 2020 at 3:00 PM. We will send a message through Schoology on the guidelines on taking and submitting to be included inn our Virtual Graduation. Virtual Graduation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 6:00 PM through our social media platforms.
