Graduation Practice
Graduation rehearsal is set for Wednesday, June 12th, at 8:00 AM. Seniors are invited to have breakfast on the West Side of the FieldHouse at 7:30 AM. They must have their ID cards and are encouraged to wear sunscreen and bring hats/sunglasses.
We will review the process for graduation, practice the ceremony, and discuss the details for Thursday’s arrival and attire. After the rehearsal, we will proceed with the distribution of Caps, Gowns, and Tickets. (That’s why you need your ID!) Each graduating senior will receive FIVE tickets. Your ticket envelope will have instructions for additional friends/family to watch the ceremony via live streaming.
On Thursday, students are to arrive at 4:00 PM and will enter the campus via the Contreras Gate (next to the Library). They need to be dressed for the ceremony and should have their hands free (because they will be accepting their diploma covers and shaking hands).
